The Harris County Neurological Society, the first branch of TNS, was founded in 2001 after the Randolph W. Evans, MD proposal, which approved the TNS executive committee. Since then, HCNS has had quarterly educational meetings.

  

This transformative conference is designed to bring together leaders in stroke care and research, patients, caregivers, and community and industry stakeholders to establish best practices and define priorities for improving stroke transitions of care and post-stroke care. With a focus on advancing systems of care, the conference will serve as a platform for collaborative idea generation, knowledge-sharing, and community-building within both the scientific and clinical spheres. The goal is to drive meaningful change in how stroke survivors and their caregivers experience stroke care and recovery, addressing the diverse needs and challenges they face.
